About This Product

■Weighing and Bagging Machine

・A fully automatic weighing and bagging machine that automatically opens a preset bag and performs weighing, filling, sealing, and bottom forming. ・Three weighing types are available: a cut-gate type suited to weighing rice and other grains as well as granular and pelletized products, an electromagnetic feeder type that handles powders, granules, and a wide product mix, and a type combining a cut gate with an electromagnetic feeder. This allows the machine to be used for a broad range of applications. ・For the weighing method as well, we will review and accommodate a variety of approaches to suit your product on request, including conveyor and volumetric (measuring box) weighing, packaging material dimensions, and weighing ranges.

■Features of the Bagging Machine

・Setup is complete once the bags are loaded, the bag pickup suction cups are aligned to the bag, and the changeover is made. Operation is as simple as pressing the run button. ・A cut-gate type suited to weighing rice and other grains as well as granular and pelletized products. ・Two three-stage control units deliver high accuracy and high speed. ・With an output of 9-10 bags per minute, it is ideal for high-mix, small-lot production.
