・ You can get a high degree of vacuum by connecting the pump in series. In addition, parallel connection is also possible as a special specification.
-The voltage used is AC100V/200V and three -phase 200V.
・ In the case of continuous operation, please use at regular vacuum degree.
・ Because it is an untreated dry type pump, oil is not used in the tangent gas portion.
・ Low vibration, low noise, low -vibration and low burden on the diaphragm with less unbalanced.
・ For special gas suction, use rubber for gas resistance.
・ The diaphragm and the valve seats are made of special rubber designed with proprietary design, and are reliable, durable and long -lived.
・ Built -in thermal protector (AC100V specification only)
・ Power connection is plug (single -phase 100V) or lead wire (single -phase/three -phase 200V)
