・ Rated 0.03 to 1 micron.
・ Use hydrophilic PES and hydrophobic PTFE film with consistent, high -holding capabilities guaranteed by testing.
・ High durability that corresponds to repeated cleaning and steam cycles.
・ The product is manufactured in an environment managed by the ISO9001/2015 certification acquisition quality management system.
■ Use
-Shorse of small -scale batch drugs, biotechnology products, and ophthalmic drugs, cleans the ingredients and final products.
・ Use in semiconductors and microelectronics fluids, fine chemical cleaners, solvents, photo resists and development liquids and process chemicals.
