About This Product

I want an ultra -high pressure back pressure valve, but I want a small Internal volume. A new back pressure valve for these requests has been released. Maximum usage pressure is 100MPa, the international volume is amazing 20 μl. The drawback that the conventional pressure is high, but the internal volume is large and the content is large and difficult to use. The signal from the built -in pressure sensor is detected, and the valve linked to the ball screw is smoothly opened with a micro -defaulted stepping motor, and the pressure fluctuation is minimized. Controlable pressure can be controlled to the ultra -high -pressure region of 100 MPa, and the internal volume is extremely low, with less than 20 μL or less, so it is also considered to suppress contamination. A heated head jacket is prepared to prevent the head part from freezing as an option. The temperature control at the time of installation can be performed from the power supply panel.
