Metal magnet Samakoba magnet type plate hole with good temperature characteristics
Neo Mag Co., Ltd.
About This Product
Like neodymium magnets, most custom -made shapes are possible in addition to standard and stock items, and can be delivered from one short delivery time. We provide short delivery and high quality products, from prototypes to mass -produced products according to your needs.
Our Samakoba magnet is produced in a Samakoba specialty factory that has been acquired by ISO, and has been highly supported by users with outstanding cost performance and stable performance. In particular, we always prepare documents such as QA, QC -related, green procurement related, specifications, etc. so that we can meet the requests of major parts manufacturers and set makers.
Features
■ Powerful magnet
・ It is the first rare earth (rare earth) magnet that succeeded in industrialization in Japan.
・ The magnetic force is slightly lower (about 25%lower) compared to the neodymium magnet, but it is a very powerful magnet.
■ Good temperature characteristics
The temperature change rate of magnetic force (temperature decrease rate) is as small as 1/4 of the neodymium and has excellent temperature characteristics, so it is suitable for applications and high temperature use that require temperature stability.
■ Rust -resistant metal magnets
Since it is hard to rust even with a magnet material, it is not necessary to do surface treatment such as plating.
■ Brittle and easy to miss
Since it is brittle than neodymium magnets, you need to be careful when handling it.
■ Use
There are strong needs for small magnetic sensors, microscopes, small relays, optical communication, laser equipment, etc. It is especially suitable for applications that require temperature stability.
■ M3 screw compatible products
・ Be careful when you screw it because it may be damaged if you tighten too much.
・ The risk of damage is very high compared to neodymium magnets.
