About This Product
■ A device that simply crushes and reduces the unnecessary fluorescent lamp.
Because it is a type that can be placed on a general standard drum, there is no need to prepare a dedicated container. Because it is small, it is also used in recycling facilities, and is also used for reducing the discharge location. It is used to reduce transportation costs to recycling facilities and reduce storage space without worrying about damage during transportation.
■ Characteristics
Because it is used on a general drum, there is no need to prepare or change a dedicated container.
The use of a dust collector (optional) allows you to work in a safe and clean environment without scattering, such as mercury, glass pieces, and fluorescent paints generated during crushing machines. The mercury concentration of the work environment during the crushing process can be suppressed below the management concentration of 0.025 mg/m3 (according to the Occupational Safety and Health Law).
We recommend that you use it with a dust collector and a set to prevent the worker's mercury vapor suction.
