It is a small LCD monitor (8 type) of analog camera signal compatible (BNC terminal, S-Video terminal). Ideal for replacement from 9 -inch CRT. The analog camera signal supports NTSC/Pal, and the scanning can be set for Overscan and Underscan. (Only analog camera signal) also conforms to UL/CE/CCC authentication.
■ 4: 3 Aspect ratio LCD suitable for analog camera signal display
The analog camera signal NTSC is generally a 720x485 pixel and an aspect ratio of 4: 3. LDA-080M adopts an LCD panel with a 4: 3 aspect ratio. This achieves more accurate displays. For example, when the analog camera signal is displayed on the mainstream horizontal wide panel (aspect ratio 16: 9 and other) in recent years, it becomes a horizontal image and the true circle is displayed in an ellipse.
Also, when displaying an analog camera signal on a horizontally long wide panel, as a method other than the above, maintains the aspect so that the image does not become horizontal so that it does not become horizontal, or the screen display area is not displayed or conversely (over -can). There are methods such as maintaining the aspect ratio even if the video is slightly cut off.
In any case, it is not appropriate, such as wasteful in the display area of the LCD, or a part of the video signal is missing. For these facts, the LCD panel with an aspect ratio of 4: 3 is most suitable for handling analog camera signals. It is also important that the video signal is correctly scaled inside the monitor.
■ Reproduce the black level of NTSC in Japan
NTSC in Japan has a different black level from other countries, and if a Japanese analog camera signal is reflected on an overseas monitor, black will be crushed. This machine adjusts so that it can be displayed correctly based on the know -how cultivated from the CRT era.
