About This Product

■Applications

・Its water-reducing effect on slurry viscosity suppresses gelation (bloating), enabling higher density and improved mold release. ・Effective in lowering the viscosity of highly viscous glazes and engobes. ・Lowers glaze viscosity without dilution, stabilizing spray application and making spray unevenness less likely. ・Because it lowers viscosity and improves flow without dilution, the glaze works evenly into fine gaps during application, so a clean finish can be expected.

■Features

・A water-soluble dispersant containing resin-based polymer surfactants; it provides excellent dispersion and water reduction for inorganic pigments and glazes, and is a ceramic industry additive that also offers deflocculating and chelating effects. ・Because it is an ammonium salt, no sodium, potassium, or similar residues remain after firing, so it can be used with confidence on insulators and other ceramics. ・It has been improved over previous products, so slight overdosing is less likely to cause sedimentation or hardening. ・This is a product for professional use; always refer to the SDS before use.

■Handling Precautions

・Cold storage is required; the product yellows and loses viscosity as it ages. ・This is a product for professional use; store it out of the reach of children. ・If it contacts the eyes or skin, rinse it off immediately with water. ・Always refer to the SDS before use.
