About This Product
■ Features
・ It is the perfect station for soldering that requires freehand. It supports comfortable ALE250 automatic soldering ironing iron and C250 cartridge series.
・ With seven new key pads, you can easily set parameters such as wire sending speed and length. In addition, since the counter is installed, you can manage solder consumption.
・ If you use the included GALE10V guide kit, it will support ø1.0mm single track solder wires. If you want a guide kit of other sizes, please contact us.
・ Up to 2kg (DIN100) solder reel can be used.
Three operation mode
■ Continuous mode
The solder wire is supplied while holding the button.
■ Non -continuous mode
Each time you click, you can set the speed and the amount of soldering wire.
■ Program mode
You can set three stages of continuous sending, making it more dynamic and efficient soldering. You can set up to 5 programs.
■ Handhen wire sewingin eye processing
The soldering unit has a small blade with a small hole to the flux core while sending a solder wire. This sewing machine processing improves the flow of flux and the gas removal, and can prevent the soldering and flux scattering during the soldering.
