About This Product

■Summary

Markforged's next-generation industrial carbon fiber 3D printer, the world's first for metals and composites, the FX10 is the result of years of engineering innovation and technological advancements, bringing precision, strength, tooling and fixtures to the shop floor quickly. It features a modular print system that allows you to quickly and efficiently swap out print engines for metal and composite materials. Equipped with an optical sensor built into the printhead, it is possible to verify part dimensional accuracy and assess device health and performance. Features

■Vision module and laser micrometer

The FX10 is equipped with two printhead optical sensors with laser micrometer functionality for enhanced dimensional verification and calibration during printing. Meanwhile, a new vision module captures detailed images of calibration parts to determine and optimize printer performance.

■Cutting-edge material cabinet

A built-in material cabinet can store four spools in individually sealed compartments. Supports automatic switching and fast spool loading of metal and composite materials without user intervention.

■Large touch screen with intuitive interface

FX10 is equipped with a 7-inch touch screen. Start a build, monitor printer status, take manual control, and initiate automatic calibration routines, all from one place.

■Heated printing chamber and vacuum printing bed

The FX10 heats a large chamber to 60°C to print high-quality parts at high speeds. The aluminum build bed is also heated and calibrated by laser scanning the precisely machined grooves.
