About This Product

■Summary

AMPS1200 manufactured by LOBOTICS is a large FDM 3D printer developed as a mass production equipment for automobile parts. The printable area is 1200mm x 600mm x 600mm, making it possible to print large parts in one piece. We achieve the high-precision molding, high-speed molding, and low-cost operation required for mass production. Features

■Large model

Maximum print size is 1200 x 600 x 600 (mm). Large shapes can be manufactured in one piece without having to be divided.

■Developed for mass production

This is a 3D printer developed as a machine for manufacturing large mass-produced parts. Low-cost modeling is possible by using open materials. Prints at room temperature without requiring a chamber.

■Achieving high operating precision and high-speed molding

Adopts the most advanced linear motor system, achieving higher operating precision and faster speed. The daily effective production capacity reaches 5 kg/day.　

■High-performance materials and new material development

There are four types of materials: PA, PET, reinforced with a mixture of glass fiber and carbon fiber.

■Software

We use an open source slicer (PRUSA). Users can freely set conditions and print.
