About This Product

■NC data output from CAM can be used as is. Conversion from any CAM or NC data to any machine tool is also possible.

The post-processing software "IMSpost" can freely convert APT/CL data output from a wide variety of CAM systems into NC data for machine tools that are compatible with your own NC machines. It is also possible to convert NC data to APT data and convert it to NC data compatible with each NC device.

■Supports circular interpolation/linear approximation/NURBS conversion

・When converting, convert linear component output to circular arc output ・Can convert not only to XY (G17) plane but also to XZ (G18) and YZ (G19) plane ・3D arc (IJK) output also supported ・Support minute straight line to one straight line ・Convert APT/CL data to NURBS data - Even data containing a mixture of straight lines, circular arcs, diameter corrections, and length corrections can be converted.

■Subprogram conversion/bidirectional conversion (CL⇔NC)

・Convert repeated NC codes to subprograms ・Can only convert specific codes ・Supports rotation, enlargement, and composite patterns ・In addition to creating NC data from APT/CL, it is also possible to create APT/CL data from NC data.

■Multi-axis detailed settings possible

・Equipped with linearization conversion function ・Data created at the tool tip can be converted to control point control ・Positioning and movement priority can be specified ・Equipped with retract function at limit angle
