About This Product

Features
■Development of selection of hydrogen materials such as battery equipment.- Manufactured for the purpose of investigating the mechanical properties of metal materials in a high-pressure hydrogen atmosphere.
・This device makes it possible to perform tests to evaluate the physical properties of materials in high-pressure hydrogen gas, contributing to the selection and development of hydrogen materials such as fuel cell equipment.

■Tensile tests and material toughness tests can be performed in an ultra-high pressure hydrogen gas atmosphere (230MPa).・The pressure is increased to a maximum of 230 MPa using a gas compressor from commercially available 14.7 MPa hydrogen gas cylinders and argon gas cylinders, and the high pressure gas is introduced into the test container and a weight is applied to the test piece within the container.
・The test piece is set in a test container, and is subjected to a load from a material testing machine outside the container by a piston rod that penetrates the wall in the center of the container, causing it to break. Additionally, a load meter is built into the pressure vessel, allowing for more accurate stress measurements.
- After the test, the test gas is reduced to a safe pressure and released into the atmosphere through a flashback preventer.

■Tests can be performed safely by remote control using a computer.・You can acquire and save test data (in Excel format) and monitor and display pressure, temperature, internal load values, etc. of each part, and you can operate valves, etc. while looking at the screen.
・It is possible to input the pressurization target pressure and set automatic stop.
・You can display the acquired test data in a graph.

*This equipment will be delivered after obtaining special permission from the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry under the High Pressure Gas Safety Act.
