About This Product

■SummaryThis is the smallest size of standard pressure vessels manufactured by Parr. The inner dimensions of the container are 1 inch in diameter. There are two depths, each with a capacity of 22 and 45ml. The containers are made of flat PTFE or flexible graphite gaskets and sealed with screw caps. The material of the cap and body is steel alloy. Steel closure can be used up to 300°C. Maximum pressure is 1,700psi (115bar).

The standard material for containers is stainless steel, but other materials are also available. The head of this vessel allows for one "A" socket port to connect a 4316 gauge block assembly. Blank heads and 1/8" or 1/4" NPT (female) sockets are also available. These containers are heated by placing them in a heating device such as an oven or bath. Parr does not offer heaters for these containers.

The 4790 series reaction vessel includes a dip tube, three valves, gauges, rupture disk and thermocouple.
