About This Product

■SummaryThis is the smallest model of the Parr reactor. Suitable for processing high-value samples or small-volume samples. Suitable for users who want to minimize risks from hazardous materials or reactions by limiting reactant and sample volumes. It also minimizes waste products that require special disposal procedures.

Microreactors are equipped with as many functions as possible in a limited space. All standard head fittings except cooling coil are included. To install the cooling coil, replace it with another fitting. The 4590 series is available in fixed head or removable head vessel styles and seal materials (FKM-O-ring; 225°C, FFKM-O-ring; 275°C and PTFE-gasket; 350°C). Split ring closures are standard.

The 25ml and 50ml microreactors have less surface area for heat transfer, so we use band heaters that are clamped directly to the cylinder. The 100ml microreactor uses a mantle heater.
