About This Product

■Infinite color variations

The range of designs expands due to subtle differences in color tones due to the blend of dyes and differences in surface finishes (blasted satin, matte, chemical polishing, etc.). We have a track record of developing multi-colored anodized aluminum in various fields such as wearable products and sporting goods, so if you are concerned about design or are concerned about color unevenness from lot to lot, we can help.

■Alumite management

In addition, the color tone, shade, and gloss of colored alumite vary greatly due to slight differences in manufacturing conditions, so advanced technology is required to match the color of each lot. At our company, when mass producing colored alumite, we create color limit samples (thickness limits, thinness limits, etc.) as necessary to manage color unevenness for each lot. (Can also be managed with mixed colors)

■High abrasion resistant color alumite

Our color anodized aluminum tends to be harder than standard coatings (depending on the material), and has been used for many years by customers who require scratch prevention and wear resistance. Additionally, when hard alumite is dyed, the color of the hard coating itself (natural brown coloring) tends to be strong and the original metallic luster of aluminum tends to be lost. With our alumite, it is possible to obtain a hardness of around HV350 while maintaining a beautiful shiny surface. If you are worried about color alumite wear or fading, or if you want to enhance the brightness of hard color alumite, please leave it to us.

■Double color alumite

Double color alumite allows a product to be partially anodized twice, making it possible to create a design with two or more colors. We also perform partial shot blasting using masking. In addition to conventional colored alumite, you can create an even more unique and luxurious look by adding accents with various combinations of colors.
