The horizontal/vertical flexible NZ conveyor manufactured by Nishimura Iron Works is literally a flexible bucket conveyor that can be configured in both horizontal and vertical layouts. There is no need to install multiple conveyors to match the layout of the factory, which was required in the past, contributing to cost savings. Of course, you can also save space.

■Features of NZ conveyor

When conveying bulk materials such as coal, ore, earth and sand, and grain, horizontal and vertical conveyors may be required depending on the layout of the factory. The NZ Conveyor is a flexible conveyor that corrects this inefficiency and allows continuous conveyance with a single machine. This NZ conveyor has the following advantages. ・One horizontal and one vertical machine is OK. You can freely plan your transportation style. ・Multiple supply ports can be set. ・Energy saving as there is only one drive unit. Can also reduce noise ・Top and bottom can be opened ・Smooth transition and movement from horizontal to vertical

■"Bend drum" that enables shifting from horizontal to vertical

・The use of a bend drum that functions as a collection chute while rotating has made a flexible bucket conveyor possible. - Objects that cannot fit into the bucket are brought to the center by the bend drum and fed to the next bucket. - Even if suspended dust accumulates on the bottom of the horizontal section, it is collected and resupplied using buckets with scrapers placed approximately every 10m, making it possible to avoid accumulation beyond a certain level.
