About This Product

The mechanical expansion bolt "EzFit" (Easy Fit) is characterized by the fact that the bolt shaft expands to become thicker, completely filling the bolt hole clearance. It is particularly effective in coupling large rotating parts, transmitting shaft rotational loads as they are without any loss, contributing to highly efficient operation of equipment. This "EzFit" can be replaced with a conventional reamer bolt without modification. The key to this product technology is the tapered bolt shaft and the sleeve with a slit attached to it. Unlike conventional reamed bolts, EzFit's bolt axis expands and the sleeve fits snugly into the bolt hole, eliminating the problem of hole intersection and greatly reducing the time required for hole drilling and precise positioning on site. Mechanical expansion bolts "EzFit" are used in many parts that play important roles in various industries, such as ship drive systems, turbines, engines, generators, compressor couplings, and as a replacement for dowel pins that transmit lateral loads on anchor bolts.

■The mechanical expansion bolt "EzFit" can be designed using the latest FEM (finite element method) for any coupling part with a bolt diameter of 20 mm or more. Furthermore, by combining the features and benefits of mechanical and hydraulic systems, we can provide the optimal solution for your unique needs.

■B type

・For couplings with tapped holes ・Tighten by tightening from one side ・∅ 28～165mm

■C type

・For couplings with through holes ・Perform tightening work on both sides and tighten ・∅ 28～165mm
