About This Product

Voltite's Xtra Range Tensioner is a hydraulic bolt tensioner that combines high axial force with a compact design. It can tighten with 30% higher axial force (our comparison) than standard hydraulic tensioners, and the piston stroke can also be increased, making it possible to perform a variety of bolt connections.

■Features

・Standard size: M20~M100 (3/4”~4”) ・1,500 bar ・15mm stroke ・Can be fastened with high axial force・ - Extremely lightweight design ・Completely prevents oil leakage with a high-strength seal developed in-house. ・Spring type piston back function and nut rotation gear can be installed as options.

■Main benefits

・Equipped with a fastening part misalignment correction function ・Equipped with a relief valve to protect the seal from overstroke ・Maximum stroke indicator ・Can be tightened with 30% higher axial force than standard hydraulic tensioners (our comparison) ・Can be used with all compact flanges specified by flange standards ANSI, API 605, NORSOK L-005 ・Lightweight and compact design
