■Summary

By attaching a cutter blade, hale blade, carbide wheel, and single crystal diamond to the tip of the high-rigidity ultrasonic TOOL unit "e-CUT" and shaking it with ultrasonic waves, cutting, shaping, and scribing can be performed using ultrasonic waves. By adding rigidity to the main body, it can be used for cutting, peeling, and making impressions on glass and metal, which were previously impossible. Ultrasonic-assisted processing can be performed by installing the high-rigidity ultrasonic TOOL unit "e-CUT" on existing machines. Applicable materials: Glass, carbon fiber, sheet food materials, foam materials, resin films such as PET, optical transparent adhesive sheets (OCA), aluminum foil, stainless steel foil, flexible substrates (FPC), ceramic substrates, etc.
