About This Product

Anyone can easily apply it by just adding water for a beautiful finish. Refractory cement is a castable refractory with unique characteristics that was developed for repairing refractories in nearby areas and can withstand temperatures of 1,300 degrees Celsius. It contains a refractory material equivalent to the sand in general cement, so it can be used simply by adding water. The combination of fine-grained aggregate makes it extremely easy to apply and can be packed into small joints and gaps. Because it hardens quickly, it hardens in about 1 day after installation to a strength equivalent to that of regular cement in 4 weeks. No sand or gravel required. All you have to do is add water.

■How to use

- Clean dust, carbon, etc. from the construction area with a brush beforehand, and remove any loose particles. - The recommended amount of water is approximately 230cc of water per bag (1,300g), but please keep the amount of water as low as possible and mix well. -First, take a small amount of water-mixed fireproof cement into a separate container, add more water to make it mushy, and apply it liberally to the repaired area with a brush. - Apply fireproof cement as thickly as possible before it dries. ・After installation, moisten it with water, cover it with newspaper, etc., and once it dries, moisten it again with a mist sprayer. ・Since it contains a considerable amount of moisture even after curing, heat it gradually and especially avoid sudden increases in temperature after heating.
