■Applications

Water-cooled cooling system solution used in fields such as generative AI.

■Features

・Heat exchange between primary and secondary cooling water + circulation by pump. - Pump has redundant configuration. - Branch connection of secondary cooling water to water cooling equipment inside the rack. ・One-to-one connection to water cooling equipment. ・Quick connector with leak prevention mechanism.

■RackChiller40kW/100kW

The CDU40/100 can manage a heat load of 40kW/100kW in a 4U space. ASHRAEW4 is an efficient hot water heat exchanger that can manage heat for processors and components.

■RackChiller800kW

The CDU800 is focused on providing the highest reliability, availability, and serviceability to support direct-to-chip cooling. Supplied from the primary facility water system, an integrated pump drives the flow of the secondary facility cooling system cooling loop.

■Manifold

・Hose whip connection method that connects directly to the cold plate device using a hose whip attached directly to the manifold. ・Supplies water coolant from the CDU unit or equipment manifold to the cold plate device. -A variety of quick disconnect connectors are available to fit existing cold plate equipment.

■Connection kit

・Length variations: Standard length hoses are available: 305mm, 457mm, and 610mm. - Compatible with NSP06 and SCG06 quick connectors depending on the type of server coupling. - Piping connectors compatible with the server prepared by the customer can be selected.
