About This Product

■Applications

EMI countermeasures for control panels, OA equipment, personal computers, computers and peripheral equipment, wireless equipment, medical equipment, and other electronic application equipment.

■Features

1. Manufactured with a special structure and using high-performance urethane foam as the core material, the surface pressure is soft but the restoring elasticity is extremely high, and the contact resistance value continues to be kept low even after being compressed for a long time. 2.The conductive fiber has a smooth surface and is highly flexible, so it fits well to the shape of the object it comes into contact with. 3. Adhesive tape is attached, so it can be easily installed on cabinets, etc. 4.We also have flame retardant RoHS compliant products and UL certified products. 5.As shown in the photo on the right, we will die-cut the material to the length it will be used, reapply it to another release paper, and then cut it to the required length (array method) or punch it out.

・Plating: Nickel + copper + nickel plating.　 - Usable temperature: -20℃ to +80℃.　 ・Adhesive force of M4: 0.8kgf/25mm.

■Type

・Material of cloth. Conductive ripstop cloth, conductive DTY cloth, [special product] aluminum foil. ・Flame retardant type. UL V-0 certified product (NB).
