■About CNP filter
・The CNP filter uses a micro demister, which is manufactured by needle-punching long fibers of several tens of micrometers, which are cut from stainless steel foil using a special cutting method, and then compressed with a roller. In addition, by using an all-stainless steel material, it has ultra-high temperature, chemical and corrosion resistance, and at the same time, its fiber density and porosity make it possible to achieve high efficiency and high oil retention.
- Three types of CNP filter media are available: a standard type with a fiber thickness of 25 μm, a density gradient type (standard) that combines fiber thickness of 50 μm and 25 μm, and a density gradient type (Takahaku) that combines fiber thickness of 50 μm and 10 μm. As for the structure, the direction of the fibers is unified vertically, and spacers are inserted between the media for the density gradient type to make it easier for the collected oil mist to fall. In addition, by inserting a lifter inside the frame, we have made it easier for oil mist and cleaning fluid to escape through the drain hole in the frame.
・In order to easily select a filter suitable for your work environment, we measure the performance of CNP filters by measuring the collection efficiency for each particle size at three different wind speeds.
