About This Product

Improving the operating rate of printing presses and maintaining stable printing quality

■A very thin special coating film is formed on the surface of the resin plate.

・Ink clogging in recesses such as punched letters, fine print, halftone dots, etc. is dramatically reduced. ・Since ink buildup on the plate is prevented, stable printing quality continues. - Reduces printing machine downtime as the loss of cleaning plates during printing is reduced. Improves printing press utilization rate. ・Even if foreign matter such as dust adheres to the plate, it will not remain on the plate for a long period of time. - Dramatically reduces plate cleaning work after printing is completed.

■Characteristics of A-SPEC coating

The coating film is extremely thin, and high temperature treatment is not required for the coating agent to stick. Even if a typical coating technology is a thin film, it has a thickness of 10 μm or more, and cannot be used on printing plates because it will thicken the image. Generally, coatings require heat treatment at high temperatures in order to adhere, but resin letterpress cannot withstand such temperatures. A-SPEC coating is a very thin film with a thickness of 10 nm. In addition, it can be fixed within the heat-resistant temperature range of the resin plate, so there is no damage to the plate.
