About This Product

This is a 1MHz, 1μs (duty 50% or less) high speed, high output strobe LED light source. Unlike conventional strobes that repeat at low speeds, strobes can be fired at 1MHz with a duty of 50%.

LEDs of various wavelengths are available. By attaching a lens, you can obtain a light output of approximately 0.4W/cm^2 at a distance of 20cm and a diameter of 2cm. This corresponds to a light intensity of approximately 200,000 lux (depending on wavelength).

■Configuration-High output strobe/LED light source HQ-601 series is a combination of driver HQ601 and various LED light sources.
- By cooling with an air cooling fan, it is now possible to add an input of 10W to the LED. As a result, the light output of the LED is on the order of 3W, allowing it to be used as a high-speed operation (50% duty) strobe light source. A fanless type is also available. The fanless type can operate with a duty of 1% or less.
・Emission angle can be selected by attaching focus lens DL-series.
・The driver has a built-in pulse oscillator of 1, 2, 3,,,μsec, and can generate pulses. In addition, pulse oscillation is possible with external TTL input. Along with the output, TTL output is available from the SMA connector.
- Strobe light emission can be used at a duty of 50% or less when applying the maximum voltage. DC light emission is also possible if the voltage is lowered.

*Note: When used at the same time as DL-8 lens, focuses light to Φ20mm at a distance of 15cm, maximum peak output approximately 0.4W/cm^2 (depends on wavelength)
