About This Product

Bellbond is an ultrasonic soldering device that achieves high-quality soldering by heating the iron tip with a coiled heater and generating ultrasonic vibrations with an oscillator. Using the special solder material Ecologia, it is possible to directly perform high-quality soldering on glass, ceramics, and difficult-to-solder metals (aluminum, molybdenum, stainless steel, etc.), which were previously considered impossible. As materials become increasingly diverse, including metals, semiconductors, glass, and ceramics, the scope of use for Bellbond and Ecologia is expanding.

■Features

・Using Ecologia, you can directly solder glass, ceramics, difficult-to-solder metals, etc. ・Search for the optimal resonance frequency using a unique feedback method. Vibration is stabilized by keeping the amplitude constant using constant amplitude control. - Oscillation output can be set steplessly. -Temperature can be set from 200℃ to 500℃ in 5℃ increments. - Oscillation frequency, oscillation output, and heater temperature can be displayed, making it possible to reproduce soldering conditions. - Compact and handy type, easy to carry and doesn't take up much space when stored. -Easy to operate, anyone can use it easily. ・Compatible with AC100V/240V multi-power supply, also available overseas. ・60KHz/40KHz can be used with one unit. Please purchase the iron with the desired frequency.
