■FP0R analog unit has been renewed. Significantly improved performance and functionality

・High resolution 14 bit (previously 12 bit): High resolution: 12 bit → 14 bit (analog input, output) High precision: ±0.6% → ±0.2% (at 25°C) Realizes high precision analog control such as tension control and winding speed control in film winding devices. ・Multi-channel system and optimization possible: Supports up to 8 input channels. Contributes to multi-channel systems. Additionally, since inputs and outputs can be freely combined, system optimization is possible. - 6 types of input (analog input unit) and 6 types of output ranges can be set: ±10V, ±5V, 0 to +10V, 0 to +5V, 0 to 20mA (6 types of input including ±100mV, 6 types of output including 4 to 20mA). With ±10V compatibility, it can also support motor rotation control. - Easy compatibility with conventional models: Equipped with a conventional model compatibility mode that allows use without changing the ladder program. The mode can be changed to compatible with conventional models using a DIP switch, and it can be operated with a resolution of 12 bits. (Utilization of program resources) - Can be used with PLCs other than the FP0R series: Can also be used by connecting to the FP0H, FP-XH, and FP-X0 series.

■Realizes multi-axis (4-axis) control with control unit

Since it has 4 axes of built-in pulse output, multi-axis motor control is possible using only the control unit.

■Complete positioning function

Achieves high-precision positioning control with a wealth of dedicated instructions.

■Built-in high-speed counter

Built-in high-speed counter with single-phase 6 points or 4 points (each input max. 50kHz) and 2-phase 3 points or 2 points (each input max. 15kHz).

■Ultra high-speed calculation processing

Ultra high speed 80ns/step (ST instruction) *From 0 to 3,000 steps and after 3,001 steps is 580 ns, 1.5 times faster than conventional (Note 1): The base time will be longer when expanding.
