About This Product

basic information

■LED type realizes high safety and high precision detection comparable to laser

CE and UKCA certified.

■Uses safe red LED

The light source uses a safe red LED, so there is no need for troublesome safety measures like laser light. Additionally, the use of a red LED allows you to visually confirm the measurement spot, making it easy to align the workpiece.

■Easy to adjust optical axis

The optical axis adjustment sticker (included) allows easy optical axis adjustment. What's more, the amplifier is equipped with a stable light receiving indicator light that lights up in three stages, allowing you to check the light receiving level at a glance.

■Equipped with two comparison outputs and analog output

In addition to the 1-5V analog output, it is equipped with two comparison output systems: HIGH and LOW.

■Equipped with external synchronization function

The timing for measuring the comparison output can be input from a sensor, etc. (differential synchronization, period synchronization)

■Small sensor head

It can also be installed in tight spaces such as automatic assembly machines.

■Equipped with span and shift adjustment functions

In addition to the span adjustment function, the analog output is equipped with a convenient shift adjustment function that allows you to shift the analog voltage within a range of ±0.5V.
