■High 6-axis orthogonality due to 1-chip MEMS structure contributes to higher performance and greater design freedom of in-vehicle systems

In conventional inertial sensors for vehicles, the angular velocity and acceleration elements are composed of multiple chips, so there was a problem that the axis misalignment of the angular velocity and acceleration affected the output accuracy. This product uses a single-chip detection element that arranges all six axes of angular velocity and acceleration independently on the same plane, making it possible to detect inertial force with high precision regardless of the installation orientation when the six axes are orthogonal.

■Contributing to the integration of in-vehicle systems and miniaturization of in-vehicle ECUs

This product uses electrostatic MEMS technology and integrates the cap, MEMS element, and ASIC in wafer-level packaging to create a small, low-profile 6-axis inertial sensor. This contributes to the integration of in-vehicle systems and miniaturization of in-vehicle ECUs.

■Dimple processing contributes to improved mounting quality

Dimple processing allows you to form a visible solder fillet on the side of the lead terminal. This allows you to visually inspect the fillet to confirm whether the terminal is properly soldered to the land of the board.
