About This Product

STCS-LC (conveyor type) is a far-infrared shrink tube processing machine that can process several products at the same time. Designed for workbenches, it has two modes of operation, with settings also selectable using a barcode reader.

■WorkSTCS–LC undergoes a shrinkage process while the product is placed on a conveyor and passed through an infrared oven. At the exit of the conveyor, the product is cooled down by a cooling device. This equipment essentially transports the product on a wire mesh belt, so it can be processed without restrictions due to harness size or tubes. By using a custom-made jig, you can ensure accurate tube positioning.
Since processing can be done at the pace of the worker, ideal mass production is possible. Unlike other equipment, LC has the flexibility to handle most shrinking processes. We can process everything from regular splices to special products with one piece of equipment.

■Features・Setting items: heating temperature, shrinkage time, cooling time, etc.
・Two different working modes: M1 controls temperature and shrinkage time, and M2 uses pre-registered settings (100 ways)
・Settings can be changed manually, using the dedicated software STCS-RCT (writing Excel files), or using a USB memory.
- To select registered settings, you can select them automatically using a barcode reader or manually using the touch panel.
・It is also possible to name the shrinkage time and settings when using preset resin.
・Conveyor speed is automatically adjusted according to the set contraction time
・Built-in air cooling device
・Height of oven inlet can be adjusted (20mm~100mm)
・Manual, automatic calibration
・Setting changes are locked by password
・Special maintenance mode to check hardware operation
・External probe contact equipment for external temperature reading and offset adjustment
・Automatic cooling extends the life of the device
・Partial and total cycle counter
・Operating time counter
・Can switch between English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish
