■ Harter structure
We are sintered using our own production method so that there is no air layer in the heater. As a result, a heater with a large heat generated even in small size has been realized.
■ High -speed temperature rise
We provide high -speed heating heaters by combining high -melting point heating and integrated sintering.
■ Heat -resistant impactability
It has a better heat -resistant impact than the general ceramic heater, alumina.
■ Temperature distribution
The heat conductivity of aluminum nitride (ALN) and the heater pattern design based on our know -how can be realized.
