About This Product

STCS-C19 is a far-infrared shrink tube processing machine. Designed for the workbench and can process several products at the same time. It has several working modes, including settings that can be selected by the barcode reader. Selecting a setting automatically adjusts all parameters of the pre-registered program (including deflation time and conveyor speed).

■WorkThis device sets the product between the upper and lower timing belts, moves it to an internal far-infrared heater, and shrinks it. The product then passes through a cooling zone and accumulates in a collection container. This machine is suitable for mass production because it can be contracted simply by the operator placing the workpiece in a designated place on the belt. This device can also be used for end splices and round terminals by using a custom jig. An optional cooling device at the end of the conveyor cools the product and prevents wires and tubes from sticking. M2 mode enables ideal splice batch work by setting cycles.

■Features・Setting items: heating temperature, shrinkage time, cooling temperature, etc.
・Two operating modes: M1 controls temperature and shrinkage time, and M2 uses pre-registered settings (100 ways)
・Settings can be changed manually or using the dedicated software STCS-RCT (writing an Excel file)
・Selecting registered settings can be done automatically using a barcode reader, or manually using the control box knob or operation panel.
・It is also possible to name the shrinkage time and settings when using preset resin.
・The conveyor speed is automatically adjusted by setting the contraction time.
・Manual, automatic calibration
・Setting changes are locked by password
・Special maintenance mode to check hardware operation
・External probe contact equipment for external temperature reading and offset adjustment
・Automatic cooling extends the life of the device
・Partial and total cycle counter
・Operating time counter
・Can switch between English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish
