About This Product

STCS-VM is a hot air blow type shrink tube processing machine. Designed for the workbench and allows processing several products at the same time. Since the chamber can be quickly replaced, it can be used for a variety of products. The chamber is designed according to product specifications to ensure accurate positioning of the product.

■WorkThe operator sets the product in the chamber and presses the green buttons on both sides. STCS-VM consists of one hot air blow, which lowers onto the chamber, heats it until it reaches the set temperature, and the shrinking process begins. When the work is finished, the blow returns to its original position and the worker can remove the product. It can be equipped with an optional cooling device that operates after the shrinking operation. In this case, while the blower is turned down, the product cannot be taken out until the cooling process is complete. Several types of custom chambers are available. Chambers can be quickly changed within 2 seconds. Unlocking is required to replace the chamber. If using the chamber detection device (optional), the parameters are automatically selected when the chamber is inserted.

■Features・Setting items: heating temperature, shrinkage time, standby time, etc.
・Chamber exchange is very easy and locked
・Two different operating modes: M1 controls temperature and contraction time, and M2 uses pre-registered settings (20 different contraction times can be registered)
・Settings can be changed manually or using the dedicated software STCS-RCT (writing an Excel file)
・Selecting registered settings can be done automatically using a barcode reader, or manually using the control box knob or operation panel.
- If using a chamber detection device, parameters will be automatically selected when inserting the chamber.
・It is also possible to name and use preset contents.
・Manual calibration
・Setting changes and maintenance mode are locked with a password.
・Special maintenance mode to check hardware operation

・Can switch between English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish
