・STCS-B (Shrinking Tube Control System-B) consists of a blower reflector jig, controller, blower body, and workbench fixing jig.

・The workpiece is fixed with the claws on the side of the jig and can be adjusted/held vertically or horizontally.
・While the tube heater is in operation, workers can do other work.
・Reflector jig and holding claws can be customized according to the workpiece.
・The blower installed in this system is a product of "Leister", but other blowers can also be used.
・All parts of the main body that get hot are covered with insulating material such as Teflon.
-Customers can set various parameters (e.g. operating temperature, MAX temperature, contraction time, waiting time, temperature sensor)
・In addition to the above parameter settings, you can execute the program by referring to the contraction time and waiting time combination execution table "i.e" in advance.This function allows you to operate by directly connecting the barcode, which can significantly shorten the adjustment time.
・Program adjustments can be made with a combination of only 5 buttons, making it easy for customers to use.In addition, when doing so, announcements are made in an easy-to-understand manner using sound and the LCD.
・This system can support multiple machines at the same time with settings according to each work using the included dedicated software.
・With a high-performance controller, you can easily and quickly set the optimal settings for each workpiece, and also check the temperature and time during operation.
