About This Product

Automatically measures the wire adhesion force of crimp terminals. 3.5 inch touch screen display. Load values ​​are displayed in real time during measurement. In addition, the display mode can be switched between peak value display, waveform display, and list display of the latest 5 data. Terminal clamps and wire clamps have a spring and easy-tight structure to strongly hold terminals and wires. Detects wire breakage, automatically stops, and instantly displays peak value. Hold mode holds the tension at the set tension value and time, allowing non-destructive tensile measurement. Measurement units can be N, Kg, or Ib.

■About this product・Minimum resolution: 0.1N
・The motor pulls the wire at a constant speed and automatically detects wire breakage. 
・It is possible to measure various terminals such as BOX terminal, TAB terminal, PIN terminal, etc. 
・The wire clamp can clamp thin wires (0.05sq) to thick wires (5sq) with one-touch operation.

■Press the "START" button to start measurement・Set the wires into the one-touch terminal/wire clamps. 
・When a wire breakage is detected, it will automatically stop and display the peak value. 
・In hold mode, tension is continued for a set amount of time using the set tension, and OK/NG is determined if there is no breakage.

■Terminal clamperThe maximum clamp width of the terminal clamp is 10mm. One-touch type, just push up the lever, insert into the terminal and release. There is no need to consider the shape or orientation of the terminals. The clamp has a wedge-shaped structure and clamps more strongly with force in the pulling direction.

■Wire clamperOne-touch operation, just sandwich the wire between two rollers. The eccentric holding roller generates tensile force, increasing clamping force and strongly holding the wire. The minimum measurable wire length is 80mm. The range of wires that can be clamped is 0.05sq to 5sq.
