■Features

・Drying time, steam consumption, and electricity bill are halved (compared to our company) ・Improved work environment by using a heat insulating cover ・Equipped with a sequencer touch panel that can be controlled in a variety of ways ・Front door has a folding and sliding structure ・Automatic extraction control possible with tilting function ・Easy maintenance design

■Direct axial blow

The drying time is shortened by using the direct axial blow method, which directs hot air from the openings at the front and back of the inner shell to the inner shell without passing through the punched holes.

■Mechanical heat retention

Insulation covers are installed on the heater section, front and back of the main unit, and the ceiling. It suppresses heat radiation and contributes to improving the working environment and saving energy. ・Energy saving effect: 8% reduction in steam consumption.

■Touch panel adopted

The use of a touch panel makes it even easier to use. ・16 drying courses ・Production control screen can be saved to SD card ・Maintenance notification settings ・Error history display ...and a variety of other functions.

■Folding sliding door

The front door has a folding and sliding structure to minimize the door popping out when opening and closing. In addition, the tilt function allows automatic extraction control.

■Side heater

By mounting the heater on the side, cleaning the filter is made easier. In addition, durability has been increased by adopting a vertical one-pass iron heater.
