About This Product

This product incorporates a piezoelectric element into a compact guide mechanism so that it can be easily used as an actuator. Equipped with tapped holes for easy fixing and removal, and elastic hinge guides provide highly straight movement. There is no built-in displacement sensor.

■Product application examples

・Use of piezoelectric elements in experiments and research and development ・Fine adjustment in nanometer units ・Smooth operation without sticking or slipping (stick-slip) ・Incorporation of piezoelectric actuator into equipment

■Direct drive mechanism

- A type that limits the stroke and emphasizes responsiveness and generated force. - Stable operation is possible even with heavy objects. - The standard cable length is 2m, and the cable end is a lead wire (discrete wire).
