About This Product

■ABAC warm air low pressure painting machine SG series

The German-made ABAC hot air low pressure paint sprayer SG series is a product developed with the concept of "small, lightweight, 100V". The industrial standard turbine motor has excellent durability and can be used for long hours without any problems. In addition, the low-pressure, large-volume hot air provides excellent atomization, and even with low-pressure painting, color staining is quick and efficient work is possible.

The SG series is a general hot air low pressure painting machine that uses a 100V power supply. We have a lineup ranging from small and lightweight models to high-power types with high-quality finishes. "The standard set is the basic set for hot air, low pressure painting."

■ABAC warm air low pressure painting machine SG-3001 standard set

By incorporating a larger turbine blower than conventional models, it achieves higher output pressure and air volume. The increased air volume supplies high-torque, low-pressure, warm air to the spray gun, achieving high atomization performance. Of course, the industry's top-class low-scattering performance provides a low-cost, environmentally friendly painting environment, and the drying performance with hot air greatly improves work efficiency when working with water-based paints. ■A blower that takes full advantage of the features of hot air, low-pressure painting.

Air blowing with warm air discharged from a dedicated blower shortens drying time. In addition, by adopting a 3-stage turbine that can handle high output pressure and air volume, the pressure during spraying is increased by 20% compared to conventional models, and the large air volume with torque promotes atomization of paint. It is also easy to maintain and has high durability that can withstand continuous work for more than 8 hours a day.

■Soft air hose with ease of use in mind

Operability has been improved by standardizing the air hose with a soft air hose (3m at hand).
