About This Product

■ABAC warm air low pressure painting machine SG series

The German-made ABAC hot air low pressure paint sprayer SG series is a product developed with the concept of "small, lightweight, 100V". The industrial standard turbine motor has excellent durability and can be used for long hours without any problems. In addition, the low-pressure, large-volume hot air provides excellent atomization, and even with low-pressure painting, color staining is quick and efficient work is possible.

■ABAC warm air low pressure paint machine SG series standard set

The SG series is a general hot air low pressure painting machine that uses a 100V power supply. We have a lineup ranging from small and lightweight models to high-power types with high-quality finishes. "The standard set is the basic set for hot air, low pressure painting."

■SG-91 standard set

Compact, lightweight, 100V specification suitable for on-site work. Weighing only 4.2kg, the blower is easy to carry. A lightweight blower weighing only 4.2 kg is designed with an emphasis on ease of use for on-site painting.

■High-performance blower and multi-use spray gun structure for professional use

Although it is small and lightweight, it has excellent durability due to its industrial standard blower, and can be used continuously for one day without any problems. The standard set comes with 3 types of nozzles (φ1.0, 1.5, 2.0mm), so it can be used for a wide range of applications, from solvent paints such as urethane paints and phthalate paints to water-based paints on wood and iron parts.

■Main uses

Architectural interior painting, architectural exterior painting (iron doors, shutters, etc.), factory painting touch-ups, ironwork painting, woodwork painting, roof painting, fittings painting, metal painting, chassis painting (up to medium-sized cars), light vehicle repair painting, etc.

■The lightest blower in the SG series. Moreover, it has excellent durability that meets industrial standards.

A light and compact blower unit weighing only 4.2kg, the lightest among blower-type HVLP paint machines. This industrial standard blower, developed for professional use, has excellent durability and can withstand continuous work all day long.

■Only 10% scatters to the surrounding area

It is most effective in areas where odors and mist are a concern. The low-pressure hot air sprayer is known as an "air brush" because it sprays so little that it scatters into the surrounding area.

■Upper cup type lightweight spray gun

The included PN-2A spray gun has no extra mechanisms and is lightweight at only 700g. By pressurizing the upper cup type, you can paint with a sufficient amount of discharge. (400cc paint cup is also available.)
