■Summary

・Manufactured by Swiss company Shimatec ・FT-P is an installation tool that allows you to safely install large bearings with an inner diameter of 55 to 60 mm, which the FT33 could not handle, using a press. By properly combining the impact sleeve and impact ring, the inner and outer rings of the target bearing are pushed in evenly, and the design is designed so that the impact during installation will not have a negative effect on the bearing.

・Weight: 3.5kg ・6 types of aluminum impact rings (inner diameter 55-60mm) ・1 type of aluminum impact sleeve ・Adapter ring DC ・If the Shima Tool parts are damaged or lost, all parts can be supplied individually.

■How to use

FT-P consists of impact sleeve D, 6 types of aluminum impact rings, and adapter ring DC. Select the impact ring suitable for the target bearing from the bearing compatibility table shown below, combine it with the sleeve, and insert it using a press machine. Because it has a structure that can withstand up to 5 tons of impact, it is possible to insert bearings with an inner diameter of 55 to 60 mm using a press machine.

■How to use FT33 as a combination tool

- By using the adapter ring DC and combining the impact ring C and sleep D of FT33, it is possible to insert a bearing with an inner diameter of 35 to 50 mm using a press machine. - Bearings and oil seals with an inner diameter of 55 to 60 mm can be inserted using the FT33 hammer. ・Please be careful not to forcefully hit a large bearing with a hammer, as this may lead to damage to the bearing or impact ring. We recommend inserting large bearings using a press machine.
