About This Product

■Summary

・Manufactured by Swiss company Shimatec ・FT33 minimizes bearing damage when assembling the bearing, and can quickly, accurately, and safely assemble bearings with an inner diameter of 10 to 50 mm. The design is such that the proper combination of impact sleeve and impact ring allows the inner and outer rings of the bearing to be pushed in evenly, so that the impact during installation will not have a negative effect on the bearing.

・Weight: 4.2kg ・33 types of resin impact rings (inner diameter 10-50mm) ・3 types of aluminum impact sleeves ・1 shockless hammer ・If the Shima Tool parts are damaged or lost, all parts can be supplied individually.

■Features

・Special nylon hammer softens impact and protects bearings ・3 types of impact sleeves made of materials with strong impact resistance - Compatible with bearings with an inner diameter of 10 to 50 mm with 33 types of impact rings. ・Can also be used for installing oil seals.

■How to use

FT33 consists of 3 types of impact sleeves (A, B, C), 33 types of reinforced resin impact rings, and a nylon hammer. Select and combine the appropriate sleeve and ring for the target bearing model from the selection table below, and press the bearing in with a special hammer.
