About This Product

■SummaryBig Bond K is a versatile polymer cement for construction and civil engineering that forms an extremely strong composite structure when mixed with 18 kg of powder and 2 kg of special resin and exhibits excellent properties. All substances other than resin-based materials such as FRP are adhesives that serve as adherends. It has the following characteristics compared to plain mortar.

・No peeling on the adhesive surface.
・Excellent abrasion resistance and impact resistance.
- Excellent physical properties.
・Excellent rust prevention and chemical resistance.
- Excellent work stability (including handling).

■Applications・ALC joint treatment ・Makeup base
・Repair and renovation of walls and floors in aging buildings (tile on tile)
・Adhesion of old and new concrete and mortar joints
・Filling around wood concrete, pipes, and parts with joint cuts
・Cover-up of construction area (corrosion prevention, rust prevention)
・Concrete rooftop slabs, silos, basements, various water tanks, etc.

■KneadingMix 18 kg of Big Bond K powder, 2 kg of resin, and 2 liters of water using a hand mixer or the like, making sure that no lumps remain. In addition, the pot life of Big Bond K is within 30 minutes.

■Cleaning of equipmentIf the kneaded material left in the container dries, it will be difficult to remove it, so please clean the container and utensils as soon as possible.

■Precautions for use・Please store Big Bond K indoors to prevent the powder and special resin from freezing. Also, please be careful not to leave it in direct sunlight for a long time.
- Be careful of ventilation when working indoors.
・Please be careful not to tip the container sideways.
- Store unused powder (aggregate) in a sealed bag.
・Please be careful not to add new kneaded materials to the kneading stage.
