About This Product

■Features・Because of the appropriate aggregate mix, it has good workability and contributes to labor saving and shortening the construction period.
- Can be used as a base preparation material when applying a wide range of decorative materials such as spraying and painting.
- By mixing Unirex 3, it can also be used as a tile base conditioning agent.
*When using as a tile base, ensure a minimum coating thickness of 3 mm or more.
*If using as a tile base, partial repair is recommended. If painting the entire surface, please use base #40.
*For ALC panel base, please keep the total coating thickness to 6mm or less.

■Notes- Store the product indoors in a dry place, on a pallet, etc., away from the floor.
- Do not perform construction if the temperature is below 3℃ or is expected to drop below 3℃.
・In case of direct sunlight, wind or rain, please protect the product sufficiently by covering it with a sheet.
- Store the product in a place that is protected from moisture and drafts.
・Avoid using hardened items.
・Do not mix materials other than those specified by our company into the product.
- Be careful not to get the product wet from rainwater, etc. before it hardens, as this may cause efflorescence.
- When handling the product, please wear appropriate protective equipment (protective gloves, safety glasses, dust mask, etc.) and take appropriate product safety measures.
