About This Product

■Printed on all types of plastic and used for evacuation guidance signs, etc.

・P-phosphorescent yellow is standard and inexpensive. ・N Luminous Green is long-lasting and expensive.

■Features

・General purpose type -High initial brightness but short afterglow time ・Prohibited for outdoor use ・Inexpensive

■Applications

Luminous signs, toys, accessories, miscellaneous goods, etc.

■Notes

Free of radioactive materials and toxic heavy metals

■How to use

・For Luminous Pigment Yellow L, mix the pigment and colorless ink at a weight ratio of 2:1, and for N Luminous Pigment Green, mix at a weight ratio of 1:1 and stir thoroughly. ・The ideal coating thickness is a dry film thickness of 200 to 300μ. Use a coarse screen mesh of #80 to 120, hard ink, and soft squeegee, etc., so that it is as thick as possible. - Ink mileage is approximately 15㎡/kg when using T#100. ・It will emit more light if you print white on the base and then layer phosphorescent ink. - Luminous pigments can be added to solvent-based inks, water-based inks, and UV inks, but sedimentation and separation will occur due to the high specific gravity of the pigment. Please mix and use only the amount you need.
