■ The rotating mold is no longer a standard to the standard mold. Wide range molded new area-accuracy, ability, durability of unexperienced experiences.

・ It is more powerful to reduce costs and increase productivity. Conventional rotating molds left problems due to differences in bending and stretching values, although they were all -round, and was classified as special in processing sites. Mydie completely eliminates these issues by the Patent Agency. Most processing eliminates the need for molds (lower type), making it possible to use extreme short flanges, which had been considered difficult. It is a basic two type, cover almost all processing. The conventional V -die requires mold replacement depending on the material and plate thickness, but MYDIE can bend with only two basic types.

Since the bending and stretching value is different from the V -die in the conventional rotating mold, it has been used only for limited bending processing, but MyDie solves this problem. The coil spring works by the counter to the counter, so the wing does not open because it goes up and down.

■ DLC coating (option) enables semi -permanent bending processing

Unlike the conventional rotating mold, the Wing -coating process for the wing eliminates the need to change the wing as before.

■ Scratchless processing specification (optional)

There is no bending scratch that tends to occur in V -dies. In addition, when bending a surface -treated steel plate with a conventional rotating mold, the angle was not stable due to frictional resistance between the wing surface and the material, but MyDIE solved these problems.
