About This Product

■Summary

The MP163 is a primary-side regulator that provides accurate output, dual output, and constant voltage (CV) regulation without an optocoupler. Integrate MP163 and LDO to simplify structure and reduce cost. These features make the MP163 an ideal regulator for offline, low-power applications such as consumer electronics and standby power supplies. MP163 is a green mode operating regulator. As the load decreases, both the peak current and switching frequency decrease. This feature provides superior efficiency at light loads and increases overall average efficiency. Extensive protection features include thermal shutdown, VCC undervoltage lockout (UVLO), overload protection (OLP), overvoltage protection (SCP), and power outage protection. MP163 is offered in SOIC16 and SOIC8-7B packages.
