About This Product

■Summary

MP100L is a small, inductorless, high efficiency offline regulator. Steps down AC line voltage to adjustable DC output. A simple solution to provide bias voltage to ICs in offline applications. The integrated smart control system uses AC line power only when needed, minimizing device losses and achieving good efficiency. This device helps system designs achieve new standby power specifications. The MP100L offers various protections such as thermal shutdown (TSD), overvoltage protection (OVP) on VD, short circuit protection between VD and GND, overload protection (OLP), and short circuit protection (SCP). MP100L is offered in SOIC8E package.
