About This Product

■Summary

The MP2735 / MP2736 are low voltage, low on-resistance, dual single-pole double-throw (SPDT) monolithic CMOS analog switches designed for high-performance switching of analog signals. The combination of low power, high speed, low on-resistance, and small package size makes the MP2735/MP2736 ideal for portable and battery powered applications. MP2735/MP2736 has a single power supply operating range of 1.65V to 5.5V. MP2735 has two independent control pins and two independent SPDT switches. MP2736 has an EN pin. When EN is high, all switches are in high-impedance mode. The MP2735/MP2736 is guaranteed to have 1.65V logic when V+ is less than 3.3V, making it easy to interface with low-voltage DSP or MCU control logic and ideal for directly powering 1-cell Li-ion batteries. The switch conducts the signal in the power rail evenly in both directions when on, and blocks it down to the power supply level when off. Break-before-makeup guaranteed. MP2735/MP2736 is provided in QFN10 package.
