About This Product

■Summary

The MPQ6524 is a four half-bridge DMOS output driver with integrated power MOSFETs that can drive up to four different loads. The four half-bridges can be individually controlled via a standard serial data interface and include various diagnostic functions. The MPQ6524 has very low quiescent current in standby mode, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. Extensive protection features include short circuit protection (SCP), undervoltage protection (UVP), and thermal shutdown. The MPQ6524 requires a minimal number of standard off-the-shelf external components and is offered in a QFN-24 (4mm x 4mm) package.

・Maximum output current of 0.9A ・Total maximum current 2.4A (all outputs total) ・RDS (ON) of typically 1.1Ω at 25℃, max. 2Ω at 150℃ (HS+LS) ・Very low quiescent current IVS< 6μA in standby mode and over temperature range ・Output short circuit protection ・Over-temperature protection (OTP) and advance warning ・Low voltage protection (UVP) ・Serial data interface ・Various diagnostic functions: output short circuit, open load, over temperature, and under voltage ・Failure output flag ・Daisy chain possible ・Serial interface clock frequency up to 3MHz, 5V compatible ・Provided in wettable flank QFN-24 (4mm x 4mm) package ・Provided with AEC-Q100 Grade 1
